# Importing Yarn Files

There are two important kinds of files you'll use when working with Yarn Spinner for Unity:

* [Yarn Scripts](/2.1/using-yarnspinner-with-unity/importing-yarn-files/yarn-scripts.md) are files that contain your written dialogue.
* [Yarn Projects](/2.1/using-yarnspinner-with-unity/importing-yarn-files/yarn-projects.md) are files that link all of your scripts together, and are used by the Dialogue Runner.
